Hours of Operation
Field service may be available 24/7 it is schedule dependent.  Office and administrative support is by appointment only (10:00–11:00 AM) and closed on Sundays and holidays.

 

Service Call / Truck Fee (Upfront)
All truck and travel fees are due in advance and are non-refundable once dispatched, except as stated in the Cancellation section. Pricing is based on location and appointment time.

Labor Rates
(Dispatches originating inside the I-285 perimeter unless otherwise quoted)

Day Rate
$2,295 — up to 6 hours on site

Half-Day Rate
$1,550 — up to 3 hours on site

Small Job Rate
$995 — up to 1 hour on site

Consultation Rate
$750 — consultation only   No hot work or fabrication performed

Hourly Rates
Field Rate: $350 per hour
Emergency / Priority Rate: $350 per hour
Shop Rate: $250 per hour (by invitation only)

Rate Notes
Day, Half-Day, and Small Job rates include dispatch and field labor for the stated duration.
Time exceeding the purchased block converts to the Field Rate.
Emergency / Priority service is subject to availability; confirmation required via 470-800-WELD.
Locations outside the I-285 perimeter may be subject to up to a 25% travel price increase.

 

Risk & Scope Modifiers

Hazardous Work
Work performed in confined spaces or contaminated environments may result in rate increases up to 300%, depending on risk and conditions.

 

Scope Accuracy
Customers are responsible for accurately describing the scope of work. Undisclosed, expanded, or materially inaccurate scope may result in reclassification or cancellation at the expense of the customer.

Scheduling, Timekeeping & Cancellations

Timekeeping
Labor time begins when the service vehicle is on location and ready to work and ends when work is completed and the invoice is presented.

Cancellations
72+ hours’ notice: 90% refund
24+ hours’ notice: 25% refund
Same-day: No refund or rescheduling.

 

Warranty
All work is performed on a best-effort basis. An express warranty applies only to written specifications. All implied warranties are disclaimed. Atlanta’s Welder, LLC shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

 

Payment & Legal

Payment
We accept major credit cards (3% processing fee applies), as well as cash or check on site. Late payments may incur fees and interest. Customers are responsible for all collection costs.

 

Venue
All legal matters shall be held in Coweta County, Georgia.

 

Compliance
Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for the work.
